‘’I moved house and found myself with a significantly smaller bedroom space than I had been used to and brought in Abigail’s help to try and find solutions to how I could make the best use of the space available to me. She gave me a range of hugely practical ideas and solutions that not only worked practically were creative and stylish as well and mean that the space now works perfectly day to day and looks great too. Her inputs ranged from really simple but effective basics that would never have occurred to me, through to the detailed and ornate finishing touches that really transformed the look of the room. Lots of people have commented on the clever tricks and touches she has used.

“Abigail Hall helped me in the summer of 2007 when I was selling a flat in Moseley. 

She created a plan to present the flat, highlighting its best features and making the most of the original Victorian rooms and the modern extension.

She managed the whole project and provided accessories to make the property seem much more homely and styled.  She made changes to the layout of certain rooms to make them seem larger and suggested storing some unnecessary stuff which was cluttering up the property.  She introduced colour into rooms which made them much more distinctive. It also made them look more attractive on the estate agent’s particulars.

Following her work new photographs were taken and the estate agent organised an open house.  I received 2 offers and I was able to achieve the full asking price for the property.

I would not hesitate in recommending Abigail to assist anyone selling or renting their property.”
