A proven passionate and enthusiastic expert in the construction & finish of super prime residential projects.  I'm actively looking for TV presenting work in this field.  

My goal is to educate, empower and inspire homeowners on how to undertake extension and refurbishment projects to create spaces which are both highly functional and personalised to the owner’s particular style.

I earned my stripes as project director of upgrade work at the Palace of Westminster and have won accolades including the 2017 Evening Standard London House of the Year for a penthouse which was fully designed, built and fitted out under my guidance. 

I host the Design & Build Happiness Podcast where I bring together my contacts from two decades in construction and share their know-how for the benefit of homeowners.  Demonstrating my passion and enthusiasm for people undertaking their own home change and while educating them with tips and tricks on how to deliver a project to the highest quality for their budget and on time!

I aim to empower & entertain audiences of homeowners and trade professionals alike, speaking at conferences and trade shows such as Grand Designs and hosting 'Ask Abi' interactive sessions with tailored advice, from basic tips and tricks to advanced technical discussions. 

In 2017 I published my first book “Cushions, Corruption and Crime” a semi-fictitious book on a year in the life of an international construction designer. Followed by a chapter in the technical bible 'The External Envelope Vision' in 2021.
